Our People

All of Explorer’s employees work from their homes in various locations and time zones throughout North America. We use state-of-the-art collaboration tools so we can work together virtually and seamlessly. As a result we are able to provide quality technical support during business hours in all North American time zones. Explorer is a family business. Providing an open and flexible workplace for our employees is a high priority for us, because it means our employees can spend more time with their families while also reducing commutes and cutting emissions as a result.

Our Growth

We have continued to grow organically and with acquisitions. The company that began as Explorer Software has evolved into the JDM Technology Group, which today owns construction software companies in North America, the United Kingdom, Dubai, Australia, New Zealand and Norway. Explorer Software occupies a central part of the JDM Technology Group, providing contractors in North, Central, and South America with its web–based construction management software, Explorer Eclipse.
