St. Louis, MO – Explorer Shafers wrapped up its biennial Users Summit in St. Louis, Missouri. Shafers Summit 2018 last week. It was held at one of the top hotels in the state, the Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis. Attendees enjoyed two days of educational sessions, roundtable discussions, and firsthand look at the what Explorer has planned for the Shafers product. Explorer’s management team unveiled the product roadmap for Shafers, which detailed how the company would be implementing a new interface and powerful new functionality.

The hands-on sessions were a hit with those in attendance. In those classes, clients were shown how to use Business Analytics and Custom Reporting by using the software and participating in the lesson. They will be able to take the new tips and tricks that the learned firsthand and apply it to make their work even easier.
