EXPLORER SOFTWARE PROVIDES ONLINE TENDERS
FOR BRITISH COLUMBIA CONTRACTS

In 1994 the British Columbia Ministry of Highways and Transportation was looking for a way to publish their tenders so all contractors would have easy access to them. Explorer Software saw the potential of publishing the BC Tenders over the Internet and offered to develop and maintain a tender site online for the Ministry. Updated daily, the BC Tenders are a comprehensive, easy to use, tender search that receives over 200 user sessions a day. Explorer has also built an impressive list of online tenders available around the world.
