Explorer Systems International Corp. Announces Agreement to Buy TSC Solutions HBG (PA) and TSC Solutions HBG (CA)

VANCOUVER – Explorer Systems International Corp., a leading provider of accounting software solutions for the construction industry, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to buy the construction software assets of privately held TSC Solutions based in San Ramon, California. This will be Explorer's fourth acquisition of construction accounting software in the past seventeen months.

"This newest acquisition reinforces Explorer's position as a growing powerhouse for construction accounting software solutions," said Explorer's President and CEO, Jim McFarlane. "This will provide a certain level of comfort for our new clients because they will immediately receive knowledgeable and friendly customer service from some of the same support staff they have been working with at TSC Solutions," said McFarlane.
